Daley, Edwards, Goluskin, Lindner lead medal haul at Masters Championships in Iowa

New York Results
(15-Jul) On Sunday the USATF Masters Outdoor Championships concluded in Ames, Iowa. New York members won 10 national titles and a total of 23 championship medals (for their top three finishes).
Kimberly Lindner
(Chappaqua, NY / Hudson Valley FC),
Lisa Daley
(White Plains, NY / CPTC New Balance), and
Norman Goluskin
(New Paltz, NY / CPTC New Balance) each won multiple national titles to highlight the New York performances in Ames. Lindner won four titles Shot Put, Discus Throw, Hammer Throw, and Weight Throw) in the women's 45-49 division and also picked up a silver medal in the Javelin Throw. Daley won the 100m and 200m in the 45-49 women's division. Competing in the men's 80-84 division Goluskin won the 5000m and 10,000m races.

Lisa Edwards
hit the trifecta as she won the 400m Hurdles, finished second in the 400m, and placed third in the 80m Hurdles in the women's 40-44 division.
Hal Lieberman
(Brooklyn, NY / CPTC New Balance) and
Dominique Saint-Louis
(New York, NY / Urban Athletics) each won two silver medals. Lieberman's runner-up finishes were in the men's 75-79 400m and 800m. In the same events, Saint-Louis finished second in the women's 50-54 division.
