Kutch Second; Central Park TC Wins Team Title at Club Championships in Florida

Results 

On Saturday (9-Dec) 19 athletes and three (3) teams from New York competed in the USATF National Club Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee, Florida. A total of 850 athletes competed in the five races (Open Men 10 km, Open Women 10 km, Masters Women 6 km, Masters Men 40+ 10 kkm; Masters Men 60+ 8 km). 
 
The New York highlights included:

OPEN WOMEN

• The Central Park Track Club - Tracksmith finished fourth out of 20 teams. The scoring members of the team were Shannon McCarthy (18th), Victoria Kingham (21st), Katherine MacCary (27th), Rolanda Bell (35th), and Melissa Reed (38th).

OPEN MEN

• The Central Park Track Club - Tracksmith finished seventh out of 25 teams. The scoring members of the team were Ryan Kutch (2nd), Ben Harper (15th), Dietrich Mosel (61st), Ryan Dearie (71st), and Alexander Petrecca (82nd).
• Ryan Kutch (Central Park TC - Tracksmith) finished second running 30:56 on the 10 km course. The race was won by Tai Dinger of Wisconsin in 30:48.

MASTERS

• The Central Park Track Club - Tracksmith team won the W50+ team title with 16 points. The team's scoring athletes were Jennifer Harvey (2nd 55-59), Rebekah Kennedy (7th 50-54), and Ellen Basile (9th 50-54).
• Jennifer Harvey finished second in the women's 55-59 division running 25:05 on the 6 km course.
