WHAT
This unique workshop blends Pilates, barre, and sculpt to bring coaches and runners specific exercises to strengthen key muscles used for running. This blend will not only build strength and stamina for longer runs, it will also target smaller muscles for safely finding bursts during faster, shorter races. Taught by RRCA Certified run coach and Pilates Sculpt teacher Laura Frye, this workshop will teach you key moves to incorporate into your training for endurance, strength, and post-run recovery.
