The 2025 USATF New York Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 16 (6 p.m. ET) virtually via ZOOM. 

The Annual Meeting of USATF New York provides individuals with the opportunity to voice opinions, ask questions, and volunteer to support association initiatives that provide improvements to the sport for the members of USATF New York.

NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS

Nominations (which must be seconded) will be accepted from the floor for the following Board of Directors positions:

• 1st Vice President
• At-Large Director (North counties)
• Active Athlete

If only one person is nominated for a position, that individual will be elected by acclamation once nominations are closed during the meeting. If two or more candidates are nominated for a position, candidate information and e-ballots will be emailed to all eligible voting members shortly after the meeting.
