| Eligibility Requirements: |
Individuals: To be eligible for Awards you must be a current USATF New York Member
Teams: Only registered USATF member clubs may enter a team. All athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must complete the team entry/declaration process during online registrations. |

| TEAM SCORING: |
Open Men & Women Teams:Teams are comprised of a minimum of 5 athletes and a maximum of 8 athletes. Teams may declare a maximum of 8 athletes on their roster.
Masters Men & Women Teams:Men's and women's masters team divisions are in 10-year increments. A runner may compete in a younger division as a team member and still compete as an individual in his/her true age division. Men's 40+ and 50+ will score 5 members (maximum of 8 declared members); men's 60+, 70+, and all women's teams will score 3 members (maximum of 5 declared members). Team members must be listed on the team entry form. |

| COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: |
All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition, chest-high on the front of their jerseys. |

| ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES |
On-Time Registration: Must be completed for USATF Members by Thursday, November 24th by 8pm ONLY ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED, NO DAY OF ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ENTRY LINK TO BE ADDED SOON.
NON-USATF MEMBERS MUST MAIL IN ENTRY FORM WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. ENTRY FORM AND CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 21, 2011. NON-USATF MEMBERS CAN JOIN USATF FOR $30 AND PLAY ONLY $20 FOR YOUR ENTRY AND BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS, FUTURE RACE DISCOUNTS, AND MEMBER BENIFITS.
USATF New York members: $20.00 per athlete
USATF Non-New York members: $20.00 per athlete
Non USATF Members: $30.00 per athlete

Entries must be post marked by November 18, 2011 and race entry fee must be included with this form. No day of entries will be accepted at the race. As a reminder Non-USATF Members are not elligible to receive awards. If you would like to become a member try USATF $10 trial membership. All regular membership purchased after November 1st will be valid through December 31, 2012.
